We’re so excited to be back this month and to be celebrating our 1 year anniversary with you!!! What started out as something fun for Tal and I to do together has turned into something fabulous! We have been able to make so many great friends and have truly been inspired by everyone. This definitely wouldn’t have been possible without all of you who have supported us each month and have come to play along with us.
So…we would like to
thank everyone…
And challenge you once again…..
This month we will be challenging you to create a layout incorporating the word “one”! You may want to use “one” photo, use the word “one” in your title, or create a layout using “one” color…be creative!! There’s so much you can do with “one”!!
And…
It wouldn’t be a challenge without some inspiration from us!

“One Year” By Talia Audenart
(supplies: patterned paper, ribbon, glittered flower, ledger journaling spots: Making Memories; jeweled brads, butterfly, rubons, flower: Heidi Swapp; aceteate bird: My Mind's Eye; chipboard letters: Doodlebug; bracket chipboard frame: Jenni Bowlin)
What a beautiful layout! I love how Tal has focused on “one” year in her journaling and has used “one” photo. Notice how Tal painted the edge of a ghost butterfly and has slightly bent the butterfly wings to make it stand off the page. So fun! Love it!!

“No One” By Kim Loewen
(supplies: patterned paper: Creative Escape special edition; flower-glitter, jeweled brad, writer's blocks, chipboard alphabet, rub-ons, edge distresser, colored pencils: Heidi Swapp; black precision pen: American Crafts; stickles glitter glue: Ranger Inc.; cardstock: Bazzill Basics Paper)
I also used “one” photo on my layout and used a frame that has been broken in half to draw your eye to the photo and title. I colored in the word “one” using pencil crayons to make it stand out and used stickles on the edge of my chipboard letters to add a bit of sparkle.
Remember…next Monday we’ll be sharing a sneak peak of this months goodie box (I don’t want to give too much away, but for anyone who missed out on Girl’s Night Out…here is your chance).
And remember to submit your layouts to thegoodieboxgirls@hotmail.com for your chance to win! This month to celebrate our “one” year anniversary there will be 3 prizes!!! More chances to win!!! Happy Anniversary!!
And one more thing….I just want to give a huge
thanks to Tal!! Without her I couldn’t have done this! We’ve been best friends for years and I just love her and her family so much. Thanks for being a huge inspiration to me!! Love you!!
Now go create….we can’t wait to see all your fabulous work.
