Day 6!!!

“Gift Wrap Ideas” By Kim Loewen
It’s not always what you give, but the presentation of the gift that counts! I’m all about cute packaging and love to collect wrapping paper, tissue, bags and ribbons. So I’m challenging you this Christmas to be Creative as you wrap your gifts. It doesn’t have to cost very much to make your packages look super cute.
Here’s a few more ideas….
• Wrap your presents with newspaper and tie a red or green ribbon around it.
• Make your own gift tags using scrap paper…you could even make them a little bigger so they really stand out. Keep them simple by just adding a punched star and a button.
• Cut a snowflake out of white paper like you used to do as a kid and attach it to the front of your gift.
• Take a picture of different Christmas decorations around your house, print them and make them into gift tags by writing with a permanent maker right on top (similar to the picture of who the present is for idea…).
• Use a sprig of Holly Berries and tie a big bow on it and attach to the front of you gift.
• Make your own gift bag out of an envelope by sealing an empty envlope and cutting off one end. This works great with any size of envelope. (Someone once showed me how to actually fold the envelope so it looks exactly like a gift bag…it was so neat!)
• Cover a box and lid with wrapping paper…if you cover them separately they can be reused! Just tie a ribbon around it to keep it shut.
• Look for items around your house…think outside of the box and you could really surprise yourself at how cute your wrapping could turn out.
• Give your Christmas Baking on a nice dish or serving tray that can be a part of the present.
• Attach a Candy Cane or other holiday treat…maybe you could attach a little bag of yummy cookies or other baking!
I could go on and on…I love hearing other ideas, so feel free to leave a comment with any other suggestions.
