sneak peek...

So are you ready to see this month's sneak peek?

Thank you sooo much to this month's sponsor, "RiffRaff Designs"! They are a new company based here in Edmonton who make all of these cutie-cute chipboard shapes...there's something for everyone! We all know how versatile chipboard is, so just imagine all of the things you could do with their fun and innovative designs! Thanks, RiffRaff!

Kim and I wanted to play with their stuff, too, so here is what we did:

"Wild Baby" by Kim Loewen
(supplies: (supplies: patterened paper, sticker border: Basic Grey; chipboard
alphabet, ribbon, paint: Heidi Swapp; stamps: Hero Arts;
chipboard dinosaurs: Riff Raff Designs; flocking: Doodle Bug;
ink, ribbon, string: Other)

Look how perfect these RiffRaff dinos coordinate with the Basic Grey paper! I love it!

"My Little Princess" by Talia Audenart
(supplies: patterned paper: Basic Grey; cardstock: Bazzill; journaling spots, silhouette word: Heidi Swapp; chipboard shapes: RiffRaff Designs; glimmer mist: Tattered Angels; other: tulle)

I painted my chipboard shapes with acrylic paint before spraying them with some glimmer mist for some subtle sparkle. These are so fun to use! I added a little tulle border as my fabric element, too!

And we also wanted to give Talia's mom, Sylvia a big thank-you for donating all of the yummy fabric for this month's goodie box...we had to get some fabric in there for you!

We'll back later this week with another "fabric project" to share...we are having so much fun with this challenge! There is already some really cute stuff in the gallery, so make sure you see what's there when you get a chance...and tell everyone how much you love their work!

We can't wait to see what you all have in store...so email us those submissions! You have until Sunday, June 29th to submit, and we'll post the winner on Monday, June 30th. One lucky winner will be getting a pretty darn cute Goodie Box this month...it could be you!

See you soon,
Tal & Kim:)

Hey Sanna-Miina,
we get that look on our edges by using an edge distresser...such a fun little tool! you can get them anywhere (online stores, scrapbook stores, etc)
